Believing by grace:
And when he [Apollos] wished to cross to Achaia, the brothers encouraged him and wrote to the disciples to welcome him. When he arrived, he greatly helped those who through grace had believed, for he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, showing by the Scriptures that the Christ was Jesus.
(Acts 18:27-28 ESV).

Penn,
What a beautiful picture. God is so good to us.
This is very encouraging. We need to be prepared to stand up in this ungodly culture and refute those who are in opposition to the gospel.
Good post! Enjoy your weekend.
Thanks Angela and Erik for stopping by.
Erik: as we do stand up to this ungodly culture, we must remember that it is only "through grace" that any of us will truly believe in Jesus.
